We offer our wonderful dining chairs and bar stools at the GUARANTEED lowest possible price - then keep the shipping charges at lowest possible rates.

Shipping is arranged via a common carrier or truck direct from the factory to customers in the contiguous United States. Shipping times vary from 5-7 days.

We use a weight based system to calculate shipping and give you the best package price.

Rarely (about 10% of the time) our automatically generated shipping calculation may be too low. We would immediately contact you for approval before your order or credit card were processed.

We have shipped to Alaska and Hawaii - and will be happy to provide a shipping quote for this service.

We are not able to deliver to PO and APO/FPO boxes, or outside the 50 United States.

If you wish to export our products, or forward them to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, we can provide a quote FOB your intended delivery port.

Each order may only have one "Shipping Address.” If you require multiple shipping addresses, please order separately for each address.

Manufacture and assembly times will vary between 5 days to 3 weeks after processing

Orders Damaged in Shipping

Shipments are rarely lost – and specialized packing minimizes the likelihood of damage in transit. To assure this has not happened, as you receive a shipment from our manufacturing partners:

1. Inspect for visible outside package damage prior to accepting, and document any damage on the delivery ticket before the shipper leaves. If you are suspect of the appearance of the boxes, but do not have time to inspect each of them before the driver leaves, write on the delivery receipt "Boxes are subject to inspection at time of delivery. Customer will notify carrier of pending damage within 24hrs." This gives you time to look over the product, yet allows the carrier to know that possible damage may have occured before you took possession of it.

2. Verify the number of packages delivered with the packing slip you receive from ChairChairsChairs.

3. Unpack your order and check for damage.

4. Should any damage be discovered, keep the shipping carton and any inner packaging, ask the shipper to inspect it immediately, and put that request in writing – this has to be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Contact our Customer Service immediately. Have your order number, shipping information and tracking number ready.

Do not return any item without a prior written authorization.

Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
