Custom Chairs & Bar Stools can not be cancelled once production started. We do not keep any finished product in stock, every order is a new and unique production according to your choices. Furthermore, we will not accept returns once shipped (unless damaged or defective)

There are 2 SPECIAL CAUTIONS before you order:

Color/Texture Disclaimer: Stains may appear lighter and colors may not be accurate and textures may not be properly visualized as a result of photographic, Internet & computer inaccuracies and many other factors beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product colors, textures and stains & grains you see displayed on this site are perfectly accurate.

WHEN YOU ACCEPT & PLACE AN ORDER, you are accepting the limitations inherent in not directly viewing samples. Absent your obtaining such samples, your completion of an order constitutes your waiver of any claim you may have due to dissatisfaction with the product colors, textures, stains & grains. Seat heights:

• Chairs are 18”-19”

• 24” to 26” counter stools match most kitchen counters, usually 36”to 39”.

• 29” to 30” standard bar stools are for 40” to 43” counters (bars & many kitchen counters).


Cancellation: Orders Not-Yet-in-Production

While you cannot cancel an order that is already in production, because it has been custom-made to your specifications, you may be able to cancel an order that has not gone into production. To cover our costs for order placement and tracking, we charge a fee:

Returns

Damage or Suspected Damage. Contact us immediately if you believe your products were damaged in shipment - shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours in order for us to be able to pursue a damage claim on your behalf.

If you are suspect of the appearance of the boxes, but do not have time to inspect each of them before the driver leaves, write on the delivery receipt "Boxes are subject to inspection at time of delivery. Customer will notify carrier of pending damage within 24hrs." This gives you time to look over the product, yet allows the carrier to know that possible damage may have occured before you took possession of it.

Do not destroy your boxes until you are certain you are not going to try and return them. We WILL NOT supply replacement boxes (in the unlikely event that you need to return the product). Besides damage, let us know IMMEDIATELY if you received the wrong product. Our aim is to resolve problems fairly and quickly. We want you to be a satisfied customer!

While it is difficult for us to accept back products which were manufactured and assembled to your specifications, we will work with you to our best ability. If products are deemed acceptable for return, we will give you specific return instructions - and any pre-paid shipping charges or restocking charges that will apply. If accepted for return, restocking charges run 25%-35% of the purchase price + any new shipping costs required to re-ship your products.
